WindUp Estate Accounting Pricing

WindUp Estate Accounting & Tax is available only under Emergent's pay-per-use model.  This model allows the cost of the software to be disbursed to the estate the same way you would disburse charges for couriers or photocopies.  While we refer to this as pay-per-use, it can really be better described as a cost-per-estate.  The difference being that Emergent only charges you initially when the file is first entered into the software - you are not charged for each asset or document you generate on the file.

Emergent's pay-per-use licensing fee for WindUp Estate Accounting & Tax ranges depending on the size of the estate.  And by size of the estate, we're not referring to the overall value of the estate, we're referring to the number of transactions (or entries).  A transaction is a credit or debit related to any asset.  Phrased a little differently, a transaction would be one line item which would appear on a bank statement or something similar for any other type of asset.  Monthly bank charges, for example, would likely show up as one transaction per month.  Interest added to the bank account would be another transaction, and so on.  So for licensing purposes, WindUp Estate Accounting & Tax is priced to allow the following number of transactions:

A small file allows up to a maximum of 25 transactions

A medium file allows up to a maximum of 150 transactions

A large file has no limit on the number of transactions

As with WindUp Estate Administration, WindUp Estate Accounting & tax is priced differently depending on whether you are comitting to do at least 5 estates (medium or large) per year, or be invoiced for any shortfall.  The differences are as follows:

Commit to at least 5 medium or large estates per year: Click Here To Order

$15 for a small file

$85 for a medium file

$340 for a large file

No annual commitment (Pay only when you use the Software): Click Here To Order

$40 for a small file

$135 for a medium file

$425 for a large file

Regardless of whether you have an annual committment or not, you are allowed to install the base software on as many computers as you like within the firm.  When you are ready to enter a new file, simply contact Emergent and request a license key for the number of file(s) you wish to purchase.  Once paid, a key code will be provided to you which will "unlock" the next file capacity.  All of Emergent's professional services are charged seperately.   All training conducted through Emergent's scheduled webinars is included in the per file charge.  You can of course, just refer to the manual which is electronically available through the software.
