Vehicle Accident Claims (VAC)

Designed to process and monitor fleet vehicle accident claims, the VAC module tracks actual and possible claims related to fleet vehicles including incident location, parties involved, weather, drivers, insurance details and settlement status.

Property Damage Claims (PDC)

Damage to (or loss of) property is easily tracked and processed using the PDC module for both actual and potential claims.  Location, cause of action, costs, settlement, judgment and other information is easily gathered and utilized to ensure loss (and recovery) has been captured accurately.

Liability Claims

Service interruptions are inevitable and the Liability Claims module is designed to track a utilities actual and potential liabilities as a result of any such interruption.  Cause of action, type of damages being claimed, parties to the transaction and settlement information are easily gathered for seamless processing and analysis so risk can be mitigated.

Agreements

Leasing, Licensing, Easements and Encroachment agreements need to be monitored, maintained and renewed.  Agreement particulars and automatic reminders maintained by this module allowing staff to remain efficient without worrying whether operational agreements have expired without their knowledge.

Easements

Tightly integrated with the Agreements and Inquiries modules, the Easements module allocates such agreement particulars to specific addresses, plans, lots and parcels.

Inquiries

Responding to thousands of inquiries regarding Easements or Encroachments has never been simpler than with the Inquiries module.  All inquiries are centralized and responses automated.

Properties

The Properties module allows the easy tracking and rental/purchasing of properties required by a utility in the delivery of service.  The module even tracks mortgages, adjustments for closing dates, monthly fees associated with each property and even offers the addition of legal documents required to close purchase/sale transactions.
