Pricing:

The Legal Kiosk™ is licensed on a per File basis with each File incurring a licensing fee.  The duration of a “File” is completely up to you; you could keep a File active for just a few months or several decades. Regardless of the duration, you can have an unlimited number of documents shared within each File and you can have an unlimited number of authorized users access shared documents.  The Legal Kiosk™ license fee can be disbursed to your client, rendering the software virtually free to your organization.

The cost of the software is a one-time License Fee of $50 per Legal Kiosk™ File for all areas of law except Corporate Records.  Corporate Records Files are charged a License Fee per File per annum. You are charged the per File fee the month after you create the File, giving you time to collect the fee from your client. There is also an Annual Subscription Fee of $250 per annum which includes unlimited updates to the software and technical support.

Legal Kiosk™ firms are charged a one-time installation/training fee of $750 per office. The installation fee is reduced to $200 and the Annual Subscription fee is waived for firms committing to use the software for a certain volume and Term.

Volume Discounts:

The Legal Kiosk™ is available at substantially discounted fees for those organizations who guarantee a minimum volume per annum.  The Legal Kiosk license Fee might be as low as $6/File and the installation fee is reduced to $200 when there is an annual term commitment. 

As an example, a firm with an average of 300 new Files per year (regardless of the area of law) is only charged $15/File under a 3-yr annual commitment.  By comparison, without this term commitment, a firm with the same volume would be charged $50 per File.  Click here to view the pricing options for the Legal Kiosk™.
