The Legal Kiosk™ is a marketing and collaboration software tool which allows you to seamlessly and securely share documents with your clients, partners, internal staff, opposing counsel or any other authorized individual.   Legal Kiosk™ users only see documents that have been specifically chosen for sharing, keeping you in control of documents that can be shared and those which cannot.

With the Legal Kiosk™, any document in an Estate Accounting matter can be shared and reviewed by any authorized user securely.  For example, you can easily share:

All shared documents are organized by eBook “tab” and displayed to authorized users as simply as flipping pages within an actual book.  The Legal Kiosk™ can be purchased as a stand-alone application or integrated with existing automation systems.  In either case, the software for Estate Accounting files is licensed at a one-time cost per File regardless of the size or duration of the File.  The license fee can be treated as a disbursement to the Estate Accounting file.

All documents for sharing are organized by the area of service that they apply to, just as they are now within your organization.  Legal Kiosk™ editors simply identify which documents are to be shared and which eBook tab those documents should appear in.  Only those documents selected are displayed to the Legal Kiosk™ viewer.

External access:

Legal Kiosk™ users simply create one profile for their client, and all the matters that client is connected to (no matter which area of law or service) can be tailored for specific access to documents.  Your client does not need a separate profile for each matter; they only need one regardless of whether they are a party to a real estate transaction, a director of a corporation or one of many people with access to a closing book.
