The Legal Kiosk is licensed on a per File basis with any File being used for any area of law.  The license fees range between $50/File to as low as $4 per File, depending on whether you are commiting to a minimum annual volume.  Corporate Records (aka "Virtual Minute Book") files are the only Legal Kiosk files which are charged annually.  All other Legal Kiosk fees are one-time fees only.

$206.00 - $6/File. Minimum 3,000 Files/yr. 3 yr term
$207.00 - $7/File. Minimum 1,800 Files/yr. 3 yr term
$208.00 - $8/File. Minimum 1,200 Files/yr. 3 yr term
$209.00 - $9/File. Minimum 900 Files/yr. 3 yr term
$210.00 - $10/File. Minimum 600 Files/yr. 3 yr term
$212.00 - $12/File. Minimum 450 Files/yr. 3 yr term
$215.00 - $15/File. Minimum 300 Files/yr. 3 yr term
$220.00 - $20/File. Minimum 150 Files/yr. 3 yr term
$235.00 - $35/File. Minimum 60 Files/yr. 3 yr term
$800.00 - $50/File. No annual commitment
