Executor Assist is not software, rather it is a personal organizer and checklist system intended to be used by an individual while they are organizing their affairs in case of their death.  Executor assist, aptly named, is designed to assist the person in charge of the estate (the Executor) by bringing together all personal affects and information, into one location and in an easy to understand format. 

Executor Assist is available in both US and Canadian formats, and is available at a cost of $99 for the paper version (which is ~20% larger than a 3-ring binder), or $39 for the CD version.  Shipping is extra.
