Clause Selector
The Clause selector is an add-on module to Corporate Manager ET and is the perfect balance between flexibility and document automation. The Clause Selector allows precedents to include additional logic so users, not the software, have the option of including firm standard clauses in the drafting of documents.
Once precedents are selected, a window appears showing all of the clauses contained within that precedent which are available to be used during the creation of the first draft. Users simply select which clauses they want, and click ok. The clause selector creates the document using any clauses which were selected, including those which the firm flagged as being mandatory clauses. All formatting is automatic and each clause which was selected is still further customized as information within Corporate Manager ET is merged into the document.
This module is a must-have for Share Purchase Agreements, Lease Agreements, Trust Agreements and any other complex precedent.
